The GRUPO FARINHA is a group of companies dedicated exclusively to the real estate sector in Portugal and Brazil.

History

GRUPO FARINHA already has more than 70 years of history.

Its activity began in Brazil in 1950 and in Portugal at the end of the 1960s.

At that time it started the construction of residential buildings in the municipality of Oeiras, in greater Lisbon.

This activity continued through the 70s and 80s. His buildings were known for their quality and durability, and are still today indicated as a reference in construction.

Also at this time, he idealized the construction of a mixed housing and commercial building - Tropical Shopping Center, which was a pioneer in the insertion of such equipment in a markedly residential neighborhood, and was an enormous success.

In the 90's a new phase of diversification began in parallel, embarking on the construction / development of office buildings and industrial complexes. Both with markedly quality characteristics.

Currently, it develops real estate projects in different municipalities of Portugal, mainly in the Greater Lisbon area, and in Brazil, in Recife, in the state of Pernambuco
